What Do You Need From Your Shed

Even though our shed prices are highly competitive, you won’t want to pay for space or features that you really don’t need. By identifying your core requirements you can avoid this possibility, and, equally importantly, you can make sure that you don’t under-specify either: buying a shed that isn’t big enough would be just as bad as buying one that is too big.

• What Is the Primary Purpose You Want Your Shed to Serve? – Do you want a shed to store your garden furniture in or do you want a shed you can use as a workshop, or even as a place to sit and meditate? You may well want your shed to serve more than one purpose but you will probably have a primary purpose in mind, which you need to identify before you go any further.
• Are You Expecting Your Needs to Change or Remain Constant? – This is an important factor to consider. If you can anticipate your future needs accurately, you can make sure you only request shed quotes for structures that will serve you well for many years to come.
• Is Comfort a Consideration – A shed used primarily to store gardening tools and garden furniture doesn’t need to be comfortable but if you wish to use your shed as a workshop or somewhere to de-stress, away from everybody else, you will want to make sure it doesn’t get too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer: insulation will be a must.
